Phone Consultations - Your initial consultation is free. We get to know one another and set the tone for our relationship. From the comfort of your home or office we determine whether coaching, counseling, or a group setting is best for you. Together we bring into focus issues that are most important to you.

Men's Circle - This is an opportunity to experience sharing, helping each other, being helped, relating and belonging as we join together in authenticity. In a safe and confidential context, we are free to be who we are without judgment and criticism. This often gives us the powerful support necessary to live our authentic lives.

Coaching - This is an opportunity to realize your life’s work. We will identify repetitive unproductive patterns and resolve them. Your success in work is the direct result of how authentically you choose to live. As you expand in authenticity and power, your work becomes a natural outpouring filled with purpose, synchronicity, and meaning.

Counseling - This is an opportunity to turn your attention to the power and wisdom that resides in you. We will explore how you have been conditioned to believe in ideas about yourself which are not true, and how this is being reflected in your current life situations. We will begin a process which makes way for your authentic life to emerge.
