A man of personal power is like an oak tree,
strong and deeply rooted.
As a storm rages through the oak tree,
it sways with the wind and remains grounded.

There is a kernel of power in every man,
just as there is an acorn in every oak tree.

Personal Power is earned
as we live our day to day life. There are as many ways to earn power as there are choices to make. From walking the family dog to making that big business deal, your personal power is earned in ways yet to be realized. We have many opportunities to gain in power, but so often we miss it, giving our power away. All too often, we feel burdened by the choices we make, rather than seeing them as opportunities to gain in power.

The more personal power a man has,
the more rewarding his relationships and work.

The more personal power a man has,
the more meaningful his life becomes.

The more personal power a man has,
the more he can make a difference in the world.

Hunt your power and you become a man of knowledge.
Balance your power and you become a man of wisdom.
Gain your power and you become a man of courage.

An average man is easily influenced.
A man of power knows who he is and proves himself to no one.
An average man finds fault, judges, and complains.
A man of power speaks with authenticity and integrity.
An average man acts with aggression.
A man of power acts with peace.
